We’ve Moved to Midtown and Expanded to North Phoenix
April 2, 2020 12:00 am Leave your thoughtsBartelt | Nix Reporting, LLC has been serving the Phoenix area since 1972, and we’re pleased to announce the latest developments in our business: we’ve moved and expanded our premises. We’re still the same group of highly trained, highly skilled court reporters and staff, but now it’s even easier to get to our court reporting firm in Phoenix, AZ. In fact, we’ve added a satellite location in order to conveniently host depositions and video conferences.
Where to find us
We’ve relocated our main office from Downtown Phoenix to Midtown Phoenix.
In addition to our main office, we’ve also opened a new office in North Phoenix off 25th Avenue and Union Hills. This was designed to serve the Deer Valley, Anthem and Moon Valley areas, and offers easy access off I-17 (Black Canyon Fwy) and Loop 101 (Agua Fria Fwy/Pima Fwy).
Benefits of a satellite location
Having a satellite location allows us to focus on our video conferencing and video deposition services. This translates to even more options for you and your firm—video conferencing is the wave of the legal future, especially as firms want to reduce travel costs and time:
- Conference rooms on demand: Whether you need to meet with colleagues who are traveling or want to borrow a room already wired for video conferences, we offer space for firms to conduct private remote and in-person conferences. You can also conduct and watch remote training sessions, communicate with clients, attend multi-office meetings and more.
- Remote video depositions: Our court reporting firm in Phoenix, AZ is ready and able to record and transcribe your remote deposition, allowing you to depose witnesses at a distance with less time, money and travel involved. We use a variety of remote deposition software to help, including LiveNote, which integrates into your Case Notebook files and allows you to always have a complete and accurate digital record.
- Video-synced depositions: Videotaping your depositions is helpful for reviewing a witness’s demeanor, but having video synced directly to the text is even more compelling. The deposition is completely searchable, allowing you to jump around between different parts of the testimony. This enables attorneys to simultaneously watch the witness, read the transcript and compare notes, offering a fuller picture of the testimony.
We’re excited about this new phase for Bartelt | Nix Reporting, LLC, and hope you will be, too. If you have any questions about our new location and how it will affect you, please reach out to one of our staff members today.
